我老婆去年作为sponsor给岳父母申请了移民，正在排队中
现在我要给我父母申请103签证，在填写40表的时候有这样的问题：
Have you or your partner lodged any other sponsorships or nominations?
If YES, Attach a statement showing the relationship of the person you or your partner have sponsored or
nominated and the dates of lodgement of sponsorships and nominations.
请问这里要提供什么样的statement? 手上没有文件能够证明我老婆给她父母申请了移民，只有一封移民局的信说收到了申请材料开始排队了。但是由于联系人填的是我，这封信是寄到我名下的。用这封信作为statement觉得有问题。
仔细看这个问题，似乎我得提供三份文件才能达到要求：1） 移民局的这封信 2）我的结婚证明 3） 我老婆和她父母的关系证明
请问这个问题有这么复杂么？
