给想买UNSECURED NOTES和DEBENTURE的同志们提个醒：
继WESTPOINT之后另一个之前狂做广告攻势的INVESTMENT GROUP FINCORP也宣布倒闭了，大家得对那些提供＋9％ANNUAL REUTRN的债券公司留个神，一不小心中招了可不是好玩的。

以下摘自： YAHOO FINANCE:

Voluntary administrators appointed to Fincorp

Voluntary administrators have been appointed to the Sydney-based property development and investment group Fincorp.

Fincorp's extensive radio and newspaper advertising offers investors high returns, but its products also carry a high risk.

The company reportedly owes about $200 million to about 8,000 investors.

Three administrators from the insolvency firm Korda-Mentha have been appointed in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.

They will review the company's position this week, ahead of a creditors meeting on Friday.

Investors are advised to check the company's website for updates.

Customers of the company are hearing the news as an answering machine message when they call Fincorp's main telephone number.

"The administrators are currently conducting investigations and compiling information regarding the company. At this time, the administrators do not have any specific details available for investors," it said.

我观察了一下市面上提供9％以上RETURN的投资公司，感觉风险都很高，8－8.5%左右的还可以接受。

I think fincorp has been under ASIC investigation for a while now.

That's right. Investigation regarding Fincorp's misleading ads. But they managed to relaunch the new ads after that. I still saw the ads on a couple of financial magazines not long ago.

Well, part of the industry should be still ok from the PDS's. Some never do lend to property developers and have real backing assets behind.
