大家觉得Mascot这个区现在行情怎么样

首次置业，新手求教！七一前本来想赶政策，跟中介看了几个房：
wentworth point两房一卫55w，本来觉得挺好，后来觉得交通不方便，后续工程还有很多，还有那个步行桥不知道猴年马月能建好，就放弃了
olympic park australian tower当时两房60w以下的房子全部售完，没戏
botany两房两卫两车位60w，一直在犹豫，觉得出租前景好像不看好（没火车），对那个区没也啥太深认识，就没出手

因为实在经验太少，也不知道有没有错过什么好机会。。。
接下来是新政策，最近也在看一些盘，大家觉得Mascot这个区怎么样？
我知道肯定有飞机噪声，但是因为预算有限，所以买到的肯定不可能完美，必须要有所取舍

或者有点什么别的区可以推荐一下的？适合无背景小青年首次置业？

很好租！飛機噪音我覺得還好，住了近三年！交通很方便，房型普遍很寬敞！但是購物不便，需要開車去Waterloo, 樓下只有個Spar supermarket可以買些急需的用品！長期hold我覺得不錯，現在新的town centre plan看上去蠻有錢途，但是兩房現在也要60+了！沒有好的小學，所以不推薦有孩子的或者打算很快要孩子的買，因為意味著不久你又要準備搬了！

我还没孩子，就算两年后生，然后再过7年孩子上小学，怎么着好像也是差不多9~10年后的事情了
两房60+是现房的均价还是楼花价呢？

I got a investment property in there, currently rent 600 dollars. it seems the tenant likes it, they rent from July last, just couple weeks ago, they decided to renew the lease for another year.

Although I didn't live there for last couple years, it looks pretty convenient for people who are living there.

Regarding to the airplane noise, I think Mascot where most of the residential area should be just out of the air flying route. So the noise is pretty ok and much better than some eastern surburb, such as Googe and Marouba.

I brought the off plan in 2009 ar 525K and settled at the begining of 2011. Now rents are around 600-650 for new and nearly new apartment.

Hope the above facts which can help a little bit when you make a decision. Good Luck,

4-5歲就要開始上pre school了吧！60萬現房，新房現在要貴個五萬，只有tempo和華人置業再買。華人的60萬可能有的選，不過我覺得他們質量不怎麼滴！

您得空正常的下午去 mascot 数飞机，那飞机比卫星大锅还大，就快扣脑门了

我们还真是天天加班基本每天8-9点才能到家。对我们来说飞机噪音到目前为止都不是问题。明天正好公共假日，我看看白天情况怎样。
