关于那个假支票的问题:我知道这里面有问题,但是不知道问题在哪里.大家指点一下

不是这个意思，那句话的意思是，如果你在澳洲以外的国家刷卡消费，每用一次就要额外收费1块钱。

这个意思是，如果在澳洲境内使用，很多服务是免费的（凡是后面写nil 的，都表示不会收取任何服务费）有些服务是要付钱的。如果在海外，仍然用这个帐户做internet banking，那就要收费20，在ATM上取钱，就要收费4.50，如果用卡付费，就要收费1.00，这些钱都是额外的服务费，因为你在海外执行这些业务了。
