4岁要做什么体检呢？？  我女儿去年就多了一个视力测试   
今年还要带她去测一次  因为去年不配合  到后来不肯说了

它说得是不是4岁那个免疫针阿，打针肯定也有体检的，这都在一起
我前段时间倒是听说，4岁针打完了有钱拿，不知道是不是这回事

这个应该是immunisation allowance吧

这个是family tax benefit A, 不是immunisation allowance.

关于immunisation  allownance:

Maternity Immunisation Allowance (MIA) is a non-income tested payment to encourage parents to fully immunise children in their care. From 1 January 2009, Maternity Immunisation Allowance is generally paid as two separate amounts. The first payment will be made if your child is immunised between 18 and 24 months. The second payment will be made if your child is immunised between four and five years of age.

Can I get the Family Tax Benefit Part A Supplement?

The Family Tax Benefit Part A supplement is available to all families who receive some Family Tax Benefit Part A during a financial year income year. The amount of supplement payable may vary depending on family income or circumstances. You will be paid the supplement after you and/or your partner (if you have one) have lodged an income tax return, if required. If you and/or your partner are not required to lodge an income tax return, you should advise the Family Assistance Office in order to receive the supplement.

If you have received any Family Assistance overpayments during the income year, or if you have any outstanding family assistance debts, the supplement will be used to offset them.

If your child is turning four years old and you and/or your partner receive an income support payment from Centrelink or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, your supplement may be withheld if your child does not undergo a health check to ensure they are healthy, fit and ready to learn when they start school or you fail to advise the Family Assistance Office that your child has undergone a health check.

据centerlink说7月一号以后可能会取消。
孩子接近4岁了最好趁早打完疫苗。
医生和centerlink的人都说3岁半以上就能打了

继续贴～ 这神马时候的新规定啊，我原以为这个health checks指的是在Maternal & Child Health Centre的三岁半那个体检？ 早知道今天约GP打疫苗就顺便体检了！

Relevant health checks

A health check, for the Healthy Start for School initiative, is an assessment of your childís physical health and general well-being and will include height, weight, hearing and vision tests. This basic health check will help with the early identification of health risk factors and development delays and conditions.

Relevant health checks include:

    an age appropriate health check conducted by State and Territory child and maternal health clinics, or
    a Healthy Kids Check or similar health check conducted by a recognised health professional, for example your local doctor, a practice nurse or registered Aboriginal health worker.

You should discuss any cost or possible Medicare refund with the person that does the health check.
What you need to do

You need to:

    arrange for a health check to be completed for your child
    tell the Family Assistance Office the health check has been completed within the standard timeframe to ensure your Family Tax Benefit Part A Supplement is not withheld.

The standard timeframe is before the end of the financial year in which your child turns four.
How to notify the Family Assistance Office

The letter you receive about the need for your child to undergo a health check will include details about how you can tell us that the health check has been done.

The easiest way to tell us is by using Centrelink Online Services.

If you are already registered for Online Services:

    logon using your Customer Access Number (CAN) and password
    go to Family Assistance, then select Update your Healthy Start for School Review and complete the form.

If you are not registered for Online Services:

    select Online Services in the left menu, then select Update your Healthy Start for School Review in the Features panel on the right
    then enter your CRN, and the One Time Access Code provided in your letter.

我又有个疑问，既然是7月1开始实行的，那么是不是新规则对7月1日前满4周岁的孩子是不适用的？？？

看20#，感觉拿这个和拿Maternity Immunisation Allowance是冲突的。

拿这个Family Tax Benefit Part A Supplement跟拿Maternity Immunisation Allowance是完全不冲突的。

其实这个Family Tax Benefit Part A Supplement 每年都有的，只是可能今年的新政策要求严格了而已。

Family Tax Benefit Part A Supplement 一般很多家庭老公上班，老婆在家带孩子的话，老公报完税之后，老婆也需要把自己的收入打电话报给family assitance department，那怕就是收入为0。

打完电话，family assitance department的人可以当场告诉你经过调整之后（确认了去年一家总收入），你能拿到多少Family Tax Benefit Part A Supplement （因为之前报给family assitance department的收入其实是预估的）。

有不少人因为没有打电话，白白损失了这一笔钱，但是我也知道有一些人没有打电话报收入，她们一样能拿到这笔钱。

拿到这笔钱的话，你会收到一份family assitance department的通知信，告知金额以及转账时间。

如果没有收到这封信，应该就是没有收到这笔钱了。  
又到一年报税时间，千万不要白白浪费了。

不适用。不冲突，以后就没有那个津贴了，FTB part a supplement领取条件多了

去年的supplement也是700多吧，这政府真坑爹，取消immunisation allowance用FTB A supplement监督，金额却没见涨。
