我真心好奇你们招人的时候没有给他们签合同吗?公司没有company policy或者conduct of code么?
没有的话网上找个样板改改用吧,这些个合同除了法律上必须保护员工的条款,其他都是保护老板的.
你和合约上应该清除的写以下几点内容:
1. 关于迟到和不能上班和处理,你可以要求必须提前24个小时通知,临时通知必须找人带班,如果紧急事件需要有相关证明.
2. 6个月的试用期,期间严重违规可以没有书面通知就开除.
3. 关于不需书面通知直接开除的条件. 对于违反严重问题,不用等3张警告信就能开人.

Notification of Absence or Lateness
We pride ourselves on team work and punctuality within all areas of our business. If for any reason you are going to be absent from or late for work, you are required to inform your Manager of the reason for your absence or lateness (or the 1-Up manager if your direct manger is unavailable) before your normal start time. You must call your manager directly (not a member of your family). It is unsatisfactory to leave messages with other team members or send faxes, emails or text messages. If you cannot call before your start time because of an emergency, please make contact as soon as practical.
You are also required to be in your working area and ready to commence work at your start time.
Qualifying Period
You will undergo a six (6) month qualifying period from the commencement date (“Qualifying Period”). The purpose of the qualifying period is to allow the Company to determine if your overall work performance and behaviour meets the requirements of the relevant Position and Company standards.
During this Qualifying Period you agree to be bound to the terms of the Letter of Appointment and to remain bound to any continuing obligations as may be required by this Letter of Appointment after the Qualifying Period.
At any time during this period, you may choose to resign in writing by providing at least one (1) week notice and any entitlements owing will be paid out.
During or at the completion of the Qualifying Period, the Company may elect to terminate your employment and 1 week’s notice payment will be made.
Summary Termination
a) The Company may terminate without notice for:
b) A serious breach of policy and procedures or a persistent breach of this Letter of Appointment
c) Willful disobedience or incompetence
d) False representations of your qualifications or employment history
e) Dishonesty
f) Misconduct of any sort which may expose the Company to liability
g) Any other matter that would at law justify immediate dismissal |
