Real estate sales consultant -gproperty     

Location: Malvern east

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a sales consultant to join the gproperty sales team. This position will be specific to “special projects” and “off the plan” sales and will be working on sales projects across Melbourne.
Preferred Qualifications:-

1. Hold a current driver’s license
2. Possess the Agents’ Representative Certificate or willing to study
3. Have a firm understanding of modern computer skills
4. Fluent in English, and can speak Mandarin or Cantonese
5. A team player who has a strong sense of honesty and exceptional customer service skills
6. The ability to work weekends

Tasks include:-

1. To understand and comply in a Real Estate Practice
2. To professionally deal with all enquiries
3. To identify, adopt and implement sales techniques used by the existing sales team
4. To assist in creating sales from the first contact to settlement
5. To assist in reporting to developers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
6. Reliable and be able to take control of the sales suite on certain days
7. To identify, build, maintain and network business relationships
