I got an email from OSR who is  providing a few free seminars as below :

Seminars are designed to assist payroll tax payers to correctly calculate their payroll tax. They cover a range of topics:
           - Liable/exempt wages
           - How to calculate and remit NSW payroll tax
           - Contractors and grouping of businesses
           - OSR online services
           - Administrative issues
           - Payroll tax rebates and other business assistance
