GCT检查结果7.6，MW说要小心饮食，正常值到底是多少啊？

如题，姐妹们，我之前刚做了GCT，应该是叫这名吧，就是那种不用空腹喝完糖浆后一个小时抽血做的检查，检查结果不知什么时候出来的，我是做完这个检查一个星期后自己去问的。MW出来说你不用来问的，如果有任何异常我们会随时通知你。

之后告诉我我的结果在正常值里，但是是high side...让我注意饮食。还给了一个什么糖尿病饮食的网址。

我就纳闷了，他说有问题就马上告诉，现在等于说是没啥问题。然后又让注意，到底能不能有个准信啊，头晕。

有没有姐妹知道这个正常标准的上限是多少？

上限是7.8，我当时测出来是7.1

我也是7.6，我的医生说正常也没有叫我注意饮食。可能我水果吃太多了。

哦，原来是7.8，确实很接近啊，低空飞过

可能不同医院要求不同吧，我自从怀孕甜食和水果都没少吃，非常渴望的说

没做过GCT，倒是做了两次GTT，今天Diabetes Educator说GTT是fasting小于5,2小时小于8属于正常值...

高风险的人群，2小时可能低于8，有些OB认为有必要也会推荐监测血糖..

The glucose tolerance test (GTT) is performed after a 10-12 hour fast. The fasting plasma glucose is measured, and then 75 g glucose solution is drunk in not more than 5 minutes, and the 2-hour plasma glucose measured. Patients may not smoke, eat nor drink anything other than water during the test, and should not perform any exercise. Gestational diabetes (GDM) is defined by either a fasting plasma glucose value ≥ 5.5 mmol/L and/or a 2-hour value ≥ 7.8 mmol/L.
