Man tried to 'moon' the Queen
A MAN has been charged with exposing himself and being a public nuisance as the Queen passed by in Brisbane, police say.
As tens of thousands of people turned out to see the 85-year-old monarch as she toured the Queensland capital on Monday, a man in the crowd allegedly exposed himself, reportedly attempting to "moon" her.
"A 22-year-old man has been charged with wilful exposure and public nuisance," a Queensland police spokeswoman told Agence France Presse, adding that the incident happened "in the vicinity of the procession".
ABC News reported that the Australian allegedly flashed his buttocks at the Queen.
He will appear in court later this month.
