Reporting to State Manager you will play anintegral role in the continued growth of the company's prestigious portfoliowithin the on premise, retail and national accounts in the designatedterritory.
Key Tasks
To implement the company's sales and marketingstrategies and to achieve its strategic business objectives in fast growingChina Region.
To achieve annual sales budgets and profit marginsfor the company's branded wine portfolio.
Develop strong business relationships with existingand new accounts and so provide a resource which will achieve win/win resultsfor all parties.
Reporting to Jarressa Estate Regional SalesManager, you will be responsible for:
Implementing strategies to building strongrelationships with current and new accounts.
Regularly monitoring sales results against budgetand inventory; initiating the action required to rectify adverse trends.
Planning and implementing consumer and tradepromotions, tastings and events; monitoring and leveraging their effectiveness.
Reporting on your activities as well as competitorand trade activity.
Developing and maintaining a high level ofcommunications with all levels of the key accounts
Identifying opportunities to improve the economy,efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations in your territory.
Planning and implementing promotional tastings andevents.
Keeping up to date with wine industry
trends, especially in the Retail andOn-premise sectors.
General Responsibilities
The Person
To be considered for this role you will need todemonstrate:
An excellent level of presentation with strongverbal and written communications skills
Self motivation, independence and entrepreneurship,with enthusiasm and a determination to succeed.
A successful track record in branded wine sales,preferably with a good knowledge of the NSW Central Coast market.
A consistent approach, yet be able to adapt andshow flexibility.
Excellent organization, planning and time managementskills.
The successful interns will gain experience fromthe following areas:
Sales experience in the liquor or associates FMCGindustry.
A systematic approach to new business developmentand a proven track record of consistent performance with regard to budgets andtarget achievement.
Excellent communication, Time Management andorganizational skills and be passionate about dealing with people.
Be highly motivated, results driven and teamorientated.
Be able to work autonomously and possess exceptionalinterpersonal and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of wine industry and tertiaryqualifications are highly desirable.
