路透旧金山/纽约8月18日电---美国惠普(HPQ.N: 行情)正在考虑进行重大调整,将个人电脑(PC)业务剥离为独立公司,并计划斥资117亿美元买入英国软件(软体)公司Autonomy(AUTN.L: 行情),从而将业务重点放在迅速增长的科技领域.

惠普还计划停止WebOS电话以及TouchPad平板电脑业务,凸显出该公司核心业务面临的困境.惠普在6月刚刚推出TouchPad平板电脑,但未能点燃消费者的购买热情.

惠普为公布上述消息,不得不提前一小时公布第三季财报.该公司还大幅调降全年营收与获利预估,打击其股价重挫6%至52周低点,并在盘後交易中继续挫跌7%至27.50美元.

在全球经济增长与科技支出前景转黯的同时,外界要求公司执行长阿波泰克尔(Leo Apotheker)带领公司加快成长的压力也与日俱增.与其他PC厂商一样,惠普面对着苹果(AAPL.O: 行情)凭借iPhones和iPads大举吞噬PC市场份额,也在苦思对策.

澳洲的店里，TouchPad也在堂而皇之的卖。 现在也不便宜。
既然现在都倒闭了，不如白菜价甩卖吧，

要想清空那20万台。不如50刀一个，我去买烟的时候就能顺便捎上一个TouchPad。

用传统的方法做传统的个人电脑margin太低了，其实真没有什么做头。苹果是唯一一个真正能在这块赚钱的，但用的是完全不同的方法。

目前除了apple之外这么多个tablet之中，只有三星galaxy tab算是卖得还行，也有向上发展的趋势。别的都太杯具了。

steve说DOA是比较狂，但至少今年是真的要DOA好几个了。像xoom的销量也好不到哪去，tablet这块android还需要重大改进才能扭转局势。

之前转了一个苹果占据笔记本和tablet市场头把交椅的新闻，很多人很不满其中的文字。但事实就是如果苹果进一步挤压个人电脑的市场，其它pc厂商就不得不考虑退出了，反正本来也没什么赚头了。

Apple (NSDQ:AAPL) overtook HP (NYSE:HPQ) and became the mobile PC market leader in the second quarter of 2011, research firm Display Search said in a report released Thursday.

According to Display Search's report, which includes both notebooks and tablet PCs, Apple shipped 13.6 million mobile PC units, bringing its market share to 21.1 percent. Almost 80 percent of the shipments were iPads, a figure that doesn't surprise Nick Gold, director of business development at Chesapeake Systems, a Baltimore, Md.-based system builder who partners with Apple.
