一个公司面临一些问题,现在有3个选择,我要最终选择其中一个策略。

请问这种情况下,我是应该用SWOT分析公司的整体情况,再与那3个选择作比较来选取最优呢?

还是3个选择分别运用3次SWOT模型来分析呢?

有没有什么模型可以用来分析几个待选战略,最终选取最优战略的?

这个要看你三个待选strategy是什么样的了。

SWOT中的S和W是分析Organisation的内部情况,O和T是来分析外部情况的。这些情况当然能够给你的Strategy的选择提供一些信息。但是也未必就和你的strategy有关。

比如,如果你的strategy是关于pricing的,那你可能还要用到Break-even analysis以及其他一些工具来衡量、比较你的三个strategy。再比如,如果你的strategy是关于investment in new product development的,那你可能需要用的PLC,以及ROI来衡量比较。

多数情况下,仅仅用SWOT来比较strategy sets是不够的。

在SWOT之前,先摸摸老板的想法吧,看看老板要啥你再做⋯⋯这样会合适一点⋯⋯

I guess you have to start with the current position held by the company.Like:

Cost leadership – being lowest cost producer in
an industry (industry wide)

Differentiation – providing a unique product or
service (industry wide)

Focus – restricts activities to a part of the market
(segment)

Then further investigate SWOT. You can also apply PESTEL analsis, which more focus on the external factors.  Qulitative analysis like SWOT is too general. And a qualitative analysis is part of the study.
