an industry (industry wide)
Differentiation – providing a unique product or
service (industry wide)
Focus – restricts activities to a part of the market
(segment)
Then further investigate SWOT. You can also apply PESTEL analsis, which more focus on the external factors. Qulitative analysis like SWOT is too general. And a qualitative analysis is part of the study.
