请问cpa工作经验的问题

大家好，请问CPA 的practical experience requirement 需要哪些工作才符合要求呢
我看坛子上有同学写的是AR 和AP 最多只能算作半年的PER 经验，我又发信件问了CPA，回信说
“Since the duties associated with Accounts Payable/Receivable will be considered fairly basic, you may not be able to meet the 16 required skills sets that need to be demonstrated to meet the PER requirement”

另一人回复说

“If you are working in a basic accounting role, you are still encouraged to enroll into the practical experience requirement (PER) to start claiming time with a mentor and sign off generic skills. However you wouldn't be able to sign off sub skills under the technical skill area.”

PER guide and logbook 第16页说
“Entry level accounting or finance work such as bookkeeping, payroll or accounts receivable/payable roles provide a good foundation to be able to move into professional accounting roles. Members working in these roles can enroll into the PER, but it may take longer than three years to meet the requirements”

请问像AR，AP，bookkeeping这种工作，怎么算practical experience的呢？
是不是如果进入commercial 公司的话，要做到assistant accountant才能算PER 经验？大概需要从AR,AP之类做起熬到多久呢？
我大致看了一下PER的skills要求，好像进入会计事务所能更快的积攒经验，比如tax之类
请大家参考一下怎么进行职业规划才能尽快搞定PER，进事务所好些还是进普通公司？

我只有大半年在accommodation公司的account clerk 和office all rounder经验，主要做bank rec and auditing, direct debit，发invoice催款，写存cheque，petty cash，整理老板信用卡报销，签签合同，customer service之类，这些经验好找比较正式的会计经验吗？简历可以怎么样吹一下。

Once you've received the mentor program handbook you will realize that not many people could pass all area. Even you are sitting in a position of management account in most of companies.
Personally I believe the requirements are ridiculours for whoever has only couple of years experience.
However most of the mentor & mentee are friends & work together hence the handbook will be blind signed.
Anyway, just start enroll mentor program no matter what you are doing now. & find a mentor who could sign the paperwork for you.
But suggestion, do not apply full membership till your employer will pay for you (it would be double the membership fee compare associate member) OR if you have to get it for any other reason.
Coz most of employer would consider the experiences much more than qualification.

不过我觉得technical的那些subskills， AP AR之类的很难cover上，其他的Personal effectiveness ,business,leadership之类的都是很主观的东西
不知道你身边的人有这样claim AP AR 经验成功的吗

As long as your mentor is happy to sign off the paperwork, you should be fine then, it is all rubber standard... Unless, you are getting audited, then you will have to show all of the work evidence you collected to prove your competency..

If you fail to provide the evidence, both of you and your mentor will be in trouble..

Well, I don't think they will request all work evidence even in audit, since information confidential for the business, they will ask submit the mentor signing pages with some notes aside would be fine I believe (my mentor only signed the final paperwork).
