这是系统自动判别，然后封的。

原因可能是：
1.帐号比较新，或很久没有使用，一开始使用就销售价格较高的东西，或销售很热门的，有限制的产品（像GPS，IPHOND等这些都是热门的，有限制的产品）
2.帐号跟之前被封过的帐号有关联。
3.PAYPAL有挂过之前被封的帐号
4.如果有挂信用卡，信用卡或之前被使用过，而且帐号已经被封。
5.EBAY 抽风，这事经常发生

如果帐号信息和你自己信息符合，很容易就解封了，发一个传真就好

你卖之前搜搜，如果没有卖的，别上去得瑟，去Gumtree卡看。
