We are well-known accredited service provider in level 1 and level 3 of electrical infrastructure industry in NSW.

We are seeking to employ suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Design Draftsperson to join our energetic team with immediate start option.
This role is Newcastle based however you may be required to support our Sydney and Wollongong teams if required.

The successful candidate will provide expertise and support to electrical designers in a wide variety of electrical consulting functions including:

•        Drafting for OH /UG transmission and distribution including primary layout plans, schematics, schedules and others required in a electrical plan
•        Sound knowledge of electrical engineering
•        Advanced ability with electrical CAD software (AutoCAD is desirable)
•        Site travels required by designer
•        Proven skills in technical problem solving and liaising with designers
•        Must be a team player
•        Current NSW class C driving licence or eligible to obtain immediately

Note is role is for experienced electrical drafter but university students with good CAD skills are encouraged to apply. This roll will start with casual arrangement or project-based but there will be opportunities to become permanent in 12-16 weeks.
