CPA 104 semster 1 2011 sharing

would like to share my experience of CPA 104 for your reference.
1) at least read 3 time on the material
2) do MC question to test the undetstanding
3) MUST read workshop note and try to do the question
4) for my opinion, the exam is quite difficult than my past exam segment
5) here is the hit item of each module just for your reference, of course you should read whole material
  M.1 =  SMA,  MAS,  RAS (proift center, cost center, etc)
  M.2 = Cost leadership, focus, diff., value adding, non-value adding
  M.3 = measurement, BSC, internal, (hard to understand this module
  M.4 = Target cost, ABC, ABM, TQM, Value chain, Reading - Totoya
  M.5 = VAR, ROI, PERT, EV, CPM, NPV, IRR
  Case study = CVP analysis, analysis the product etc

q.1. i)  ABC - cost allocation
  ii)  ABC - forget
q.2) net profit margin
q.3) Scalse, scope & complexity
q.4) what is the advantage of the value chain

CS 2.
q.1 BSC/financil/Customer/internal process/leading...

The case study is different compared with the last semster , just only ABC but the CS of course not same la...

in summary, if you want to get pass, please read at least 3 times and read thur all MATERIAL, workshop note and on-line question..
