中介通知我最近有个QLD Police graduate accountant program的interview,想问下各位tx有没有相关的面试经验可以赐教下~~
我都不知道自己算是recent graduate嘛? 去年年底master毕业的,但是我从去年年初就在现在上班的公司做了,开始是做office assistant无奈老板太抠门,不愿多请人所以a/p,a/r,bank recon我都有做,可是中介跟我说面试的时候不要说自己做过太多accounting方面的工作...因为人家招的是没有太多工作经验的fresh graduate,那不知道一般这种职位都会问些什么问题呢?谢谢大家啦~~~
对鸟,JD里面还有提到
Although no formal interview will be conducted candidates will be asked to respond to questions in relation to their:
• Understanding of accounting concepts, principles, methodologies and techniques
• Skills in the use of computer software packages
• Ability to work well within a team environment and meet time frames
• Level of oral and written communication skills |
