请问悉尼的公立小学的Kindergarten只能5岁以后入读么？ [复制链接]

看到本地公立小学网站上注明 Enrolments in all grades, both local and non-local area, are made through the Principal. Students are eligible to enrol in Kindergarten if they turn five years old before 31 July in the year of entering school, but must do so prior to the beginning of Term 3 that year. 还好，我女儿是4月生的，可以早一点点入读。可是南澳的朋友说有外语背景的孩子可以早1年入读，她的孩子4岁就去了公里小学的kindergarten,是不是南澳和悉尼不同呢？
