 Description:
 Provides technical support and sales expertise to pre (and sometimes post sales) situations within a designated field sales business unit. Formulates technical strategies and tactics for sales in support of products and services and functions as an integral part of the sales team. Prepares detailed product specifications and customer needs assessments and develops potential solutions. Conducts sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications. Also responsible for formulating technical strategies and tactics for sales in support of products and services and functioning as an integral part of the sales team.
 Description:
 Deliver revenue as per quarterly targets.
 
 Work with minimal supervision to deliver strategic objectives set forth by
 Country Manager / Regional Director.
 
 Close significant new business opportunities.
 
 Drive vertically-focused Enterprise sales plan. Qualify targets, cold call
 targets, secure meetings, identify opportunities, and drive contract
 signature and implementation.
 
 Manage some existing accounts. Establish relationships with multiple
 existing accounts, maintaining existing revenues and identifying new growth
 opportunities.
 
 Strong verbal skills for meetings and presentations. Strong written skills
 for responding to RFIs / RFPs and preparing presentations and commercial
 proposals.
 
 Technical sales experience is a must, preferably in Mobile Telecoms. The
 role requires a good understanding of the underlying technology and how it
 works.
 
 Be visible in the market place through industry involvement, such as
 attending events and networking.
 
 Work with Pre-Sales, Project Management, and other teams to ensure projects
 sold are delivered without delay, avoiding billing and revenue delays.
 
 Establishes and builds relationships with  business partners to
 leverage additional sales opportunities.
 
 
 Qualifications:
 University degree required - Bachelor in Business / Marketing / Technology.
 
 10+ years Sales experience, of which ideally at least 1-3 years of senior
 sales experience.
 
 Mobile (wireless) and Enterprise sales experience is a must, with proven
 track records.
 
 Be very strongly Sales focused; Revenue and Margin driven
 
 Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
 
 Have high level management capabilities - and be able to present capably at
 that level
 
 Be technically competent, be able to recommend and create solutions from
 S365 Products
 
 Be a creative and multi-level thinker
 
 Be an excellent communicator both externally and internally
 
 Be innovative while profit driven
 
 Be partnership-oriented
 
 Strong leadership skills
