Employee Group Permanent Full Time  
Position Overview

The role will support the, Fixed Income Operations by managing the day to day activities and perform a range of routine processing and reconciliation functions efficiently and accurately in accordance with policies and procedure. The successful incumbent will also be expected to provide internal customers with a cost effective and efficient best practice service.

Perform daily and monthly tasks, as outlined in checklists :
• Ensure all reconciliations are completed and differences investigated in a timely manner
• To ensure all Exigo settlements are completed daily
• To resolve issues for the traders promptly
• To liaise with dealers, brokers and clearers to resolve/rectify discrepancies.
• Adherence to the Procedures
• Provide support to Debt Market team members

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Previous exposure to Reconciliations is preferred
• Strong organization skills and risk awareness is essential
• Analytical and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel & Word Skills
• Swift Messaging experience
• Ability to work as a part of team to achieve set goals and timelines
• High level of customer service
• Problem solving and issue resolution
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
