我06年拿的PR，08年可以入籍但是放弃了，之后一直在国内，最近在申请RRV。想请哪位熟悉新入籍政策的朋友解释一下新政第二条，如果RRV有效期是2011－2016，假如我2013年回澳洲且可以住满一年，根据第二条是不是不能住满立即申请？因为2013年的前四年已经离境超过12个月，如果是这样我要怎么做才能满足新的入籍规定？重新住满4年？ |
