These roles are an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate which will provide the opportunity to develop skills, be challenged and have great opportunity to grow a career in solutions consulting. The role will suit an ambitious individual with a passion for Software Technology, applying technical solutions in a business context, working with business processes and applying an appropriate solution

To be successful in this fantastic opportunity you will have completed a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, have had exposure or experience with Java Script, XHTML, Configuration/Customisation of software applications such as: MS Access, applying conceptual creative design solutions to meet a specific requirement, have the ability to meet deadlines and deliverables and be a team player.

In return you will be mentored and guided by an experienced team of dedicated professionals who will lead you through the many facets of solutions consulting that IT Service Management has to offer including:

•        Requirements gathering
•        Solution design & implementation
•        Project Management/Leadership
•        Presentation, Knowledge sharing, Training
•        Customer service, 2nd & 3rd level support, troubleshooting
