9月6日，房屋署Frank Terenzini正式宣布了100个million的riverwood北， 可承受房屋的计划。
Frank Terenzini说这个政府与payce的合作计划是NSW政府增多可承受房屋供给的另一个重要的里程碑。

The Riverwood North Urban Renewal Project will involve the creation of modern, architecturally designed housing in a vibrant community of up to 600 new homes for social housing residents, as well as private owners, with a renewed emphasis on landscaped public spaces, green streets and the creation of a new Garden Square.
The project will take advantage of a range of existing local support and community services, which include the recently refurbished Salt Pan Creek Reserve, the Riverwood Community Centre, and the new Riverwood Indoor Sports Centre which is currently under construction. |
