Dear mum and dad,
I would like to invite both of you to come to Sydney and stay with me for three months. It has been more than two years since mum visited me in Sydney last time. I miss both of you very much. During your course of stay, we would visit various tourist places in Sydney such as the Opera House and the Harbor Bridge.
During your stay in Australia, I will bear all your responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial responsibilities, travel expenses within Australia, housing and food. You will stay with me in my two-bedroom unit at Hurstville, which I bought two years ago.
I have attached the following documents as the evidence of my financial ability to support your stay in Australia:
1. a recent bank statement

2. two of my recent pay slips
monthly net income (after tax): $xxxxx
I am sure you will enjoy the beautiful weather, multi-cultural environment, and large variety of food in Australia. We would have a nice time together after a long time. So, please begin planning for the trip. I am eagerly waiting for you to visit me.
