刚刚在悉尼先锋晨报读的消息, 关于拿新的Baby bonus 条件:
Who?
To receive the paid parental leave you must be “eligible”. To be eligible you need to be an Australian resident and be the primary carer of your baby. You must also have personally earned less than $150,000 in the previous financial year (your partner’s income won’t be taken into account).
Finally, you must meet a “work test”. To meet this test, you must have:
• been in paid work for at least 10 of the 13 months prior to the birth/ adoption of your child, and
• worked at least 330 hours in that 10 month period (just over one day per week), and had no more than an eight week unpaid break between working days. A working day is a day on which you worked for at least one hour.
“Working parents” include full-time, part-time, seasonal and casual workers, contractors, the self employed, and people who have had multiple employers.
要申请新的 baby bonus, 需要是澳洲公民而且是 baby的直接carer. 需要在前一年的财政年里面收入15万以下, 伴侣的收入不算在里面。
还有以下几点规定(真是多阿。。)
1。 要有薪工作10个月, 以在生产之前13个月推算。
2。 工作最少330个小时在那10个月里面, 而且在这10个月中不拿超过8个星期的无薪假期。 (这里的工作日是指在1天中最少工作1小时以上)。
工作的父母亲包括全职, 半职, 合同工,零工, 自雇, 或多个雇主。 |
