I have a TS 2003 server with around 100 users logged on at the same time, I am doing capacity plan for the new TS, want to find out exact how much ram a user's using when they logged on.Is there a tool that can pull every user's memory usage data from a TS server 2003?

depends on how much detail you want. for a quick snapshot, either built in task manager or SysInternal's process explorer can give you some good idea.

btw, 100 users on one TS server is..... a LOT.

I need something that's straight forward, a user and how much ram it consumes, the task manager and process explorer can't provide me that kind figure. thank you any way.
it's running on a G6 with 2 Xeon X5550 CPU , 64 GB of RAM, SAS hard drive, runs very smoothly.

it depends on what they are doing.
more important is to understand what user sessions are doing. Server side statistic can only give you snapshot figure. to be safe, you need to consider the worst scenario.

G6？是hp ML350么？同时100个人同时登录感觉一个服务器应该有点吃力啊，就算你内存够大，硬盘也吃不消啊，除非有其它的app servers..
另外用户登录后，内存的使用状态都是在不断的变化的，很难确定用户到底消耗了多少的内存

It's ML 360, all the users are probably just open outlook and 2 finace apps, those apps are running on different servers.
