小小白特向足迹网的各位达人请教在澳设立公司（分销性质的）的基本流程和程序，另请问租用仓库除了产生租金、水电、council费用及人工外还有哪些费用。

you can set up a company yourself via asic (forms are avaiable on www.asic.gov.au)
or
you can set up a company via your accountant
but first, you must find out if company is the best structure for yourself.
in terms of the deductible expenses, it depends on the nature of the business, and if you actually have incurred any expenses. other common business expenses include, Motor vehicle, advertising, accounting, marketing, employee related benefits/training, travel, purchases etc etc, the list can go on forever.
