周日去供水悉尼市南部的 Woronora Dam 水库徒步。这条水坝从1927年开始建设，碰上全球经济大萧条和第二次世界大战期，建建停停，直到1941年才完工。总成本是一千三百万澳元，这是当时的钱（澳洲最昂贵的住宅 - 西澳佩思Perth 的一套豪宅去年的成交价格都超过了五千万澳元）。  
   
     从技术来看：1927年澳洲已经采用混凝土大型重力坝技术来建设 Woronora 水坝。坝高：66米、坝长：390米、水库面积：75平方公里、水库容量：71,790 百万公升。

    今天的最大发现是 Woronora Dam 水库的办公室（见相片），不要说在规模上无法与中国的水库办公室相比，甚至比该水库游人燃烤区的厕所都小。
