Bandwidth Fopundry has been in operation for more than 9 years and is now a wholly owned entity of the University of Sydney providing lithography services to the research community both here in Australian and overseas
This position is an autonomus role where the candidate will be expected to manage the activities in the cleanroom environment; using the laser writer to expose patterns in a photoresist resin, and then using wet chemistry, develop the photoresist much like a photograph and etch the underlying layer of Chrome to produce a Chrome on Glass photomask. Experience with high powered lasers, associated optics, and working with strong chemical processes are required. Experience in working in a class 100/1000 cleanroom is also desirable.

我是中国国内的机械工程师已经10年，懂英文，因为我刚移民来墨尔本定居，英语的听说能力还不是很流利，正在就读移民英语2级班，但是我对本专业工作能力很强，又能吃苦耐劳，身体健康，希望能得到贵公司你聘用。谢谢。

真不好意思，我可能忘记说地点了，职位在悉尼的Redfern 火车站附近。

多少年的经验不是非常关键（进公司后会有大约三个月的培训），之所以要有science方面的背景，主要是希望有理工科方面的思维方式吧和认真负责的工作态度－－这是培训不起来的。要学的东西很多，也要擅于思考和解决问题，因为几乎是单打独斗，很多时候要跟海外的服务商email交流请教。

我是机械工程师就是机械专科毕业的，当然是属于理工科的，我的理工科的思维很好。所以这方面的方式和工作态度都没有问题。

强激光对人体有严重辐射，男同学要当心了 。在这种环境下工作久了容易造成不孕不育 。
这么高辐射的环境才给5万5 ，不够医药费的 。
我们曾经的公司鬼佬高层就私下议论（lunch time） ，劳动强度大的，重复性高的，脏的累的以及频繁辞职换人的岗位都交给华人做--因为华人能吃苦！后来我也顶不住了，也走了。
不走的话大家今天就看不到我在这里发帖了---因为早就挂了。

８＃牛。我老婆的研究生导师去德国当高级访问学者，接触强激光，５０多岁去世。太可惜了。１０年前已经是教授，专业光电子学。

我应聘一个Ｘ－ＲＡＹ的职位，人穷志短啊。明确要会说普通话的，因为仪器是清华同方产的。人家中介还叽叽歪歪，气人，估计中国人申请这个职位的还很多。呵呵
