请教! North Strathfield的UNIT究竟值多少钱???

就是新建的那片,听说开卖了. 一直住在这里,觉的小区还不错.
今天去PLA和一个老头子谈了一下,好像是505000的样子AFTER DISCOUNT.感觉连个讲价的机会都不给你,卖给你就很不错了的样子.
房是不到2年,2BEDROOM+ STUDY+ 2CAR PARKS一共是115+25平. STUDY ROOM很小,不到10平的样子. BUILT-IN CENTRAL AIR CON.
离火车道和变电站的距离都说的过去.

想真心请教一下,这个价格的水份有多大? 这个房有多大的升值潜力?
由于是第1次买房,对于我这种新人有啥好的建议和注意事项呢?
比较的急,过个一周就要给答案了. 谢谢大家.

27~29的楼盘应该是holdmark construction建的吧~
租给国家海军那几栋吗？
我之前是那家公司的会计~后来怀孕了就辞职不做了~
关于他家的房子~
基本隔三差五的就能来投诉~
质量部是很好~但他们都能跑过去及时维修~= =|||
我以前经常给没事的时候就会翻他们维修照片~有的漏水真的挺吓人的~
不过老板那天和我说他们这套房子和BAYONE那边的房子是下了大本钱的~
想弄个拳头房~质量过硬~不知道真的假的~
黎巴嫩人说的话只能听一半~
就价格来说两房+一个书房52W其实也还合理~毕竟是刚建没多久的房子~
可以说是近新的房子~室内面积也挺大的~
不过如果自主的话要考虑房子隔音问题~因为是租给国家海军的~
下了船之后干啥的都有哈~
旁边19~21那里的房子也有蛮多在卖的~
虽然老~可是据说质量很好~58W左右估计都能买个3室的了~
不过要是退税方面考虑的话还是越新越值得投资~
看你要如何权衡了~
不过都沿火车道~估计吵~

最近听说又不卖了，离火车道近的那几户貌似很便宜的样子。不知道火车吵起来会是什么样子。

Honestly, i m dout about their sales said there are people queue to buy those units. I have been there severaltimes n found most of people living there are not as those sales described as young professionals, some of residients are  from middle east, ansia and indian.  Most of those units were least out by goverment according to affortable hoursing program.  N i dont like the way they pushing u buying, like, how saying crazy the market it, how worth that unit will be, how good the position will be, and make u feel like if u dont buy from them, u will lost a great chance to earn money . actually , if u dont buy,  they will loss theri commision.

i think they organise people to have a inspection now, before sign on the contract. which block r u buying? how much it is?
