因为离开公司，novated lease停止，目前还未找到满意的工作。
novated lease公司给了以下几个option,请问哪个最好。
Option 1. Payout the Agreement.
Termination Amount (Incl GST ): $ 33035.16
Option 2. Continue the Lease.
Total Finance Rental (Incl GST)$ 1196.44
Option 3. Novated Lease Protection Insurance Claim
Rental Protection - This allows you to retain the vehicle. Pending the success of your claim the finance rentals up to $1000 per month including GST will be paid by the insurer until you become re-employed up to a maximum of 3 months. Should you become re-employed, you must advise ORIX within 48 hours of your acceptance of the position.
Vehicle Return - Gap Protection - If you are still unemployed, this facility allows you to hand the vehicle back and the insurer, pending the success of your claim, will cover any shortfall up to 15% of the amount financed to a maximum of $10,000 (inc. GST). Any shortfall over and above 15% of the amount financed to a maximum of $10,000 (inc. GST) will be for your account.
Your insurance does not cover costs incurred for unfair wear & tear on the vehicle. Any such costs will be invoiced to you directly and must be paid prior to lodgement of your claim.
The Novated Lease Protection Insurance only covers Finance Rentals. |
