I was advised that there will be a free english course from 1 may to 30 June with details as follows:

UNSW Institue of Language and Randwick TAFE College will offer a FREE training program for migrant students

Sarting on :  Monday  1 May 2006
Finish       :  Friday 30 June 2006
Delivery    :  Full time 9:00am-1:30 pm
               Monday to Friday

Aim       :  The program wil develop a range of English language and
               communication skills

The course will include
               Communication skills
               Job seeking skills
               Presentation skills
               Computer skills-- Word,Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher
               (计算机好像是上课时间外，自愿学习的)

据介绍，整个课程分成两个水平班级，高水平应该适合完成skillmax的migrants，低水平的可能适合完成510小时的。
