想买的房子，verandah 有 permit 但是没有 final inspeciton。 conveyance 在合同中加了一条：
The vendor agrees to provide a final insepction certificate for the varandah. This special condition is for the benefit of the purchaser. If the vendor fails to provide the document within the specified timeframe, the purchaser may terminate the contract by giving written notice.
过几天买方提供了 final inspection，但是我问中介是否已经 lodge 给了 Council，中介回答我说卖家只负责提供，需要我去lodge。（房子没有 settle，为什么要我去 lodge?）
我打电话给 building surveyor，他倒是答应了，今天 lodge 给 Council，同时也发给我了。
但是我发现，final inspection 和 他给 Council 的邮件，公司名称一致，地址、电话、电邮都不一样。这2份文件出具的日期前后只差几天，不可能有变化。
准备明天再打电话去问。真的太奇怪了。
final inspection 不会有什么问题吧？
卖方的 conveyance 还催着我的 conveyance 出具 unconditional 的意见，如果出具后，final inspection 有问题的后果也是我承担吗？ |
