I am just following up as a small reminder that the annual services on the property are overdue.
Please be aware that its highly recommended in QLD to have an Annual Timber Pest Inspection to avoid costly damages, and when there is a Termite Management System installed at the property, annual inspections are required to maintain warranties, or if your previous services where only for Residential Pest Control, please see the current pricing for your consideration.
It would be much appreciated if you could let me know if you have received this email and or if your agency no longer manages this property so I can update our system. If the owners would like to book in any services, please send any work orders to xxx
