Saturated fat 肯定不是好东西，那么什么是hardened fat呢？

google 说

Saturated fat is a type of dietary fat. It is one of the unhealthy fats, along with trans fat. These fats are most often solid at room temperature.

看到一个花生酱，说的no hardened fat但是有Saturated fat, 但是上面google解释不是Saturated fat在室温下面就是固态吗？

fat ingredients里面的polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat是好脂肪，吃了没事吗？
