这个是楼主说的奶奶房，这里没有讲清楚具体要求，有待细则。而且写错了，什么叫60米，应该是60平方米。

目测，各种违建，哦，不能叫违建了，反正可以比较随意地加建一些东西，擦边球嘛，政府一旦开了一个口子，就不要怪老百姓随意。
总得来说，觉得这些政策很大胆（原文就说take bold and decisive action），我觉得他们疯了
加上近期的land tax 增加，一些行业payroll 加税，还有什么新房不准通gas, 维洲政府，真的疯了。
