都知道powershop solar plan价格不错，我推荐我朋友转过去
输入了邮编，出来的是single tariff，同时他转之前在energy Australia也是single tariff
结果转到了powershop，就不是注册时候的那个rate，给他换成了time of use tariff，这单价高得离谱。。。
打电话给powershop要求换成single rate，对方甩锅给ausgrid，说是他们定的，powershop换不了这个tariff
我朋友英文不好，今天我联系了powershop，对方回答
Your meter tariff is set, by Ausgrid, to the time of use tariff, in line with their requirements for solar/smart meter customers. You have switched in to Powershop on this tariff.
We must provide the single rate tariff rates (along with all other available tariffs, open and closed) on our website as there are still properties in the network with meters that are set to the single rate tariff, therefore it is a tariff that we must be able to honour when a new customer switches in on it.
Because the comparison process is so complex, it is not possible to provide a quote based on every single tariff, which is why the single rate tariff is used, as a base, for the comparison. We do note on the pricing sheet that you should contact us to confirm the tariff, but I am sorry if this process has caused any confusion. 有啥不可能的，我去globird，输入nmi，就出来了是ToU还是single tariff
In future, we would recommend that, unless you are sure of your metering set up, you give your current retailer or retailer of choice a call prior to signing up (or to sign up) to ensure that you are armed with all the facts you need prior to making your decision. 这一点就是我要表达的重点，以后转之前要和零售商确定计费方式再转
最后我问及为什么之前的零售商提供的是single tarifff，这和你的描述不一样，对方说不知道，让我去问energy Australia
对方提及改成TOU的原因主要是因为有太阳能，我说那我自己的房子也有太阳能，也是ausgrid，转到powershop为啥还是single tariff呢？对方不予回答了

今天去查了下ausgrid的网站，https://www.ausgrid.com.au/Your-energy-use/Meters/Meter-upgrades
Ausgrid写明了
Retailers offer customers differing options for tariffs and metering. The website energymadeeasy.gov.au provides the facility to search electricity tariffs based on your location and needs.
这里就和powershop的表述不符合了，同时我在energy made easy这个网站，输入nmi后，出来不同的零售商，里面有ToU，也有Single rate
我让powershop拿出证据证明是由ausgrid设定的tariff，powershop说会进一步调查，下周给答复
