在这个加息引发很多朋友焦虑的时期， 朋友们看过一本书 - The Psychology of Money 吗？

个人认同其中的很多观点， 除了最后作者对借贷的做法。 虽说这是个人做法。 但可能对一些读者有误导。

摘选了一些个人认同的观点观点. 在此抛砖引玉， 看过的朋友能谈谈对这书的看法吗？ 受到启发吗？

这是我十分认同的追求财务自由的目的。

作者自住物业用现金买的。没有运用 leverage。虽是他个人选择，但可能对读者产生误导。

我觉得意思是做好所有坏的打算，因为经常计划赶不上变化
