7月底签的造房合同，现在地的SETTLE预计是在11月中或者11底，还没有准确的日子。要是来不及开工怎么办，12月就要放假了。要是从签合同到开工超过26周怎么办，FHOG就没有了么？

什么意思？不是很明白。BUILDING CONTRACT的日期是7月份啊？

楼主明知道地需要这么晚才可以SETTLE，为什么还这么早就签BUILDING CONTRACT呢？应该拖到9月底才签嘛，留多些时间给自己。

当时是说地可以10月底settle的，所以。。。。

首次购房补贴中只有boost 是有26周的要求的，其他两项都不要求26周动工，如果地没有按时交割，你可以和财政局写申请，表明你的情况，同时好像要低的开发商和city concial 出书面证明

如果他们不接受申请，你还是可以拿到18K的

地是通常都会DELAY的，条件允许的话，肯定拖到deadline才签BUILDING CONTRACT拉，我的地本来也是说9月-10月可以ＳＥＴＴＬＥ，现在ＤＥＬＡＹ到可能到明年初了，幸亏是拖到最后才签约

可以向ＳＲＯ申请延期，但需要ＤＥＶＥＬＯＰＥＲ出示信件证明是他们的原因令你迟了开始ＣＯＮＳＴＲＵＣＴＩＯＮ

地比预计时间晚了settle的话，你可以写一封信去SRO，和他们表明，你买地的时候不知道会delay settlement的。当然要出具书面证明（我的contract上面就有说预计的settlement是什么时候的）。

要是因为开发商的delay导致你26周之内不能开始盖房子的话，SRO是会给你excemption的。

Good afternoon

In regards to your query -

To receive the Boost construction should commence within 26 weeks of signing the building contract. If you have encountered delays that were unforeseen and outside of your control, however, you may apply for an extension to this deadline. Applications for extension must include the following:


1.        A letter from the applicant(s) requesting an extension stating the reason for the delay and providing the applicant(s)
i.        Full Name(s),
ii.        Purchase property address and
iii.        UIN (if known).

2.        A copy of the signature page from the contract to build.

3.        A letter from the relevant third party (eg: builder, developer, local council or private surveyor etc.) that clearly states the nature of the delays and the actual or anticipated dates foundations were/or are to be laid.

Please note that application for extension cannot be made until your financial institution has processed your grant application.
