我看到政府官网上有一个off-the-plan满足ppr要求的减免,但是有点晕,一个写的是550k以下,一个写的440k以下,如果我买的是460k,应该怎么算concession呢?

Home buyers - the off-the-plan value of your property, after deducting the construction costs incurred on or after the contract date (the off-the-plan concession) from the contract price, must be $550,000 or less.

> $130,000* to $440,000        $2870 plus 5% of amount > $130,000        $2870 plus 6% of amount > $130,000        Rate reduction of 1%
> $440,000 to $550,000        $18,370 plus 6% of amount > $440,000        Duty reduction of $3100
