Thank you for waiting for my response. I really appreciate you taking the time to work together with me on this.
I have received an update about your case from our internal team and unfortunately, we were not able to appeal the order to the store partner as we have yet to receive an update.
I understand this can be a frustrating experience so I asked our team to look at possibly providing you with some credit out of goodwill. I am happy to share that I have been given the approval by my manager to credit a total of $10.50 for this order out of goodwill.
When a Cashback is rejected or our teams do not receive an update from the store partner, ShopBack does not receive a commission on this order, this means we don’t receive any monetary payments which we would typically pass on as Cashback to our customers.
We understand that this is not a desirable experience, and we apologize for that.
In the meantime, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help or if you have questions regarding earning Cashback.
