卫生间大概地面面积4个多平方。 基本就是原地方换shower screen, 马桶，vanity，然后瓷砖上墙， 还有就是窗户要改造一下。

2. Remove shower cubicle.
3. Remove existing window and prepare opening for smaller replacement
approx 600 h x 450 w
4. Re brick up the internal and external leaf on the left hand side of window opening
where the proposed shower alcove is
5. Supply and install replacement aluminium window approx 600 h x 400 w
6. Remove all wall tiles and make good render in prep for retiling
7. Re work hot & cold water supply and vanity unit drainage to revised layout
8. Remove entire tiled floor & screed.
9. Tiling, re screed floor to correct levels, waterproof floor and walls all in accordance
with AS standards.
10. Re tile floor and walls to ceiling, grout, silicon seal junctions.
11. Supply and install vanity, tap ware, rails, toilet as per below specifications.
12. Supply and install shower screen as per below specifications.
13. Apply sealer coat to ceiling, apply paint finish in ceiling white x 2 coats
14. Reconnect electrical power and switches.
15. Clean up associated debris on completion.
16. Supply labour and materials.

我刚找一家做完renovation，两个卫生间，每个1万5， 包所有，材料还是中高档次的；牌照都给了，关键水电还改了好多位置，目前很满意
