About the Role
The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of online and Marketplace stores driving revenue and profit outcomes. This is a full-time role based within Head Office in Wentworth Point.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Marketplaces
- Responsible for day-to-day operations for Marketplace channels including order tracking, product/samples management, stock monitoring, returned orders, and marketplace community feedback
- Ensure product, price, and content on marketplaces is 100% accurate and in line with business timelines
- Liaise with Logistics and Customer Care teams to resolve any marketplace customer order issues and optimize customer experience based on feedback
- Review and report on inventory concerns or opportunities to the planning team
Online
- Trade the website to deliver sales and profit targets
- Accurately report on website performance weekly and execute actionable insights
- Play an active role in identifying valuable site enhancements
- Collaborate with the wider eCommerce team on group projects and cross-brand projects
- Support in briefing and implementing onsite content and setting up promotions
- Assist in uploading and optimizing product
- Perform detailed daily website checks, report any issues with urgency and make fast and accurate updates where necessary. Maintain open communication with the Customer Care team to ensure a positive customer experience is a priority.
The ideal Online Coordinator :
- 1+ years in an e-commerce role and/or Ecommerce university degree
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with working with marketplaces preferred
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
- A passion for online retail & a positive can-do attitude
