Full-time Property Manager Needed Urgently
Work location: North Strathfield
Salary: Around $60,000 + Super
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Manager to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis.
The role will be responsible for:
Managing Landlord and tenant relationships
Schedule and carry out condition reports and vacating inspections
Take appropriate actions against tenants in arrears in a timely manner
Will be supported by Senior Property Manager and fellow Property Managers
Attend Property Management meetings
Oversee and assist with all maintenance issues
Attend to Lease Renewals and negotiate Rent Reviews
Assisting with advertising properties for lease online
Processing Rental Administration
