Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaking) to be a part of a dynamic, rapidly growing company with a good culture. This opportunity is available to a start-up Beauty and Wellness company located in Sydney on a full-time contract until Sep 2022, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an annual marketing plan, with input from relevant department heads
• Propose strategies to build brand awareness, preference & loyalty. Execute marketing plans and communication media campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media marketing strategy including company websites, LinkedIn, ins, Facebook, Google, WeChat, Weibo, Red etc.
• Create & ensure execution of digital campaigns and activities on all our channels: ad campaigns, social content, community management, etc.
• Develop or adapt the content in alignment with brand, product and campaign objectives
• Local website: comprehensive management of all aspects of the website including back-office administration, updating website, etc. Develop a plan to drive website traffic and create goals and benchmarks to meet
• Monitor and constantly improve SEO strategy to increase website traffic
• Set OKRs and generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance，including optimization recommendations to the manager for corporate.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor or Master’s in business or digital marketing, branding, communication degree with at least 1-year working experience in digital marketing
• Passionate about the cosmetic industry and a taste for design, beauty categories
• A creative thinker who develops personal creativity and innovation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, such as content creation and copywriting, creating design briefs, events, etc
• Exceptional analytical ability and project management skills
• Effective planning and time management skills, attention to details
• Advanced skills in design software, and photo and video editing software required
• Able to speak Mandarin and English at a business level
• A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Full working rights in Australia
