We are writing to you to make you aware that we were notified on 13th October 2020 that a team member in our Woolworths QV store (cnr Lonsdale & Swanston St) has tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The team member’s last shift in store was on 6th October 2020 from 11pm to 4:02am. The team member has received Department of Health advice and is following isolation requirements.
If you have been shopping in our store since 6th October 2020 and become unwell in the next two weeks please contact the Department of Health hotline on 1800 020 080 or visit the Coronavirus (COVID-19) information website at health.gov.au. |
