About this role:
This role exists to provide an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. You will be responsible for supporting the Online team in Content management, website maintenance as well as Customer Service to ensure all our customers have a great experience shopping with us online. While your main responsibilities will be working across the technical content management, you will also support the team in customer service and fulfillment of customer orders where required
Job Duties:
- Review, audit and optimise the website’s functionality to increase the overall conversion rate and ultimately the customer experience.
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of e-commerce technologies, trends, best practice and current online sales campaign methods.
- Ensuring website content and product descriptions are accurate, up to date and optimised for search and the end-user.
- Writing product descriptions that help visitors intuitively understand how the product will benefit them.
- Regularly monitor content to ensure all prices, pictures and descriptions are up to date and accurate
Requirement:
- Tertiary studies in E-commerce or Digital Marketing
- Great telephone etiquette
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience in online sales, ecommerce
