Qualifications & experience
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
Valid NSW Drivers licence & reliable car
Highly motivated & well presented
Previous Real Estate Experience
A strong closer who can negotiate and close off sales
You must be tenacious, extremely hungry and driven to succeed

Tasks & responsibilities
Lead generation through networking, cold calling and database calls
Service all incoming buyer enquiries and conduct follow up calls
Conduct property research and keep buyers abreast of market trends
Have a hands-on approach, actively sourcing new business, following leads, and enhancing existing customer relationships
Providing excellent customer service at all times
