I bought a return ticket to/from Shanghai of Qantas airline via Aunty Betty. The flight was in March and I cancelled the ticket in January. Aunt Betty did the refund in end May. And the communication with Aunty Betty is horrible as they did not respond my emails at all. Every time I sent them a email, I received an automatic reply stating they would reply within three business days but the fact was they never provide any feedback. Their customer care is hopeless. I even had the feeling of they would not refund the fee, but all in all after four months' waiting, they did the refund. |
